What is the total number of universities I should apply for? (Canadian, US, and UK schools respectively)
Each university in North America and the UK sets its own admission requirements. Therefore, acceptance by one institution does not guarantee acceptance by others, even if they are of similar difficulty. When applying, it’s recommended to include universities at three different levels based on their acceptance rates:
- Dream School (Low chance of acceptance)
- Match School (Good chance of acceptance)
- Safety School (High chance of acceptance)
1. For Canada: With fewer universities, choose 4 institutions, including 1-2 Dream Schools and at least 1 Safety School.
2. For the US: With over 4,000 universities, it’s common to apply to 6-20 schools, as many are in similar tiers.
3. For the UK: Apply to 3-5 UK schools and consider adding some Canadian institutions as Safety Schools.

How do you help with interview training?
We help by offering interview training which includes question banks, and individualized pointers/ advice from instructors.
Do you offer college year one course selection counseling?
Yes, we offer course selection guidance. Senior students who are currently enrolled in universities provide guidance on course selections, professors, internship etc. Upon confirmation of university enrolment, prospective students are introduced to enrolled senior students to learn about the universities.
