The Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Contest
The Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Contest is a dynamic platform that nurtures future environmental advocates by inspiring creativity and responsibility for ocean health. It invites students to tackle critical environmental issues through art, writing, and advocacy, empowering them to share their perspectives on ocean challenges. Participants can submit original works in visual art, poetry, prose, and multimedia, fostering both artistic expression and awareness of ocean conservation. By addressing topics like climate change, pollution, and marine biodiversity, students contribute to a global dialogue on the importance of protecting our oceans.

Global Sustainable Development Competition
Each year, the GSD Department at the University of Warwick hosts a competition for Year 11 and 12 students (ages 15–17). This competition aims to engage talented students with thought-provoking issues related to Global Sustainable Development (GSD). It offers a chance for students to think creatively, develop valuable research skills, and gain insights into the study of global sustainability at Warwick.

The Paris Design Awards
Winner: Canada Star Secondary School Team 2021

The Paris Design Awards is an international competition held in Paris that celebrates outstanding achievements across various design disciplines. It recognizes innovative and impactful designs from around the world, offering a platform for both established and emerging talents. The awards provide global exposure and valuable networking opportunities, while also emphasizing diverse styles and a commitment to innovation and positive societal impact.

London International Creative Competition (LICC):
Winner: Canada Star Secondary School Team 2021
Mentor: Art Studio
The London International Creative Competition (LICC) is dedicated to recognizing and rewarding the world’s most innovative and progressive creative talents. Open to entries from across the globe, LICC celebrates exceptional work in categories such as Architecture, Photography/Video, Art, Graphic Design, Interior Design, and Product Design. This competition offers talented creatives, designers, photographers, architects, and artists the opportunity to showcase their work on an international stage and connect with leading figures in the design industry.
